Beware of Real Estate Get Rich Seminars
Update July 30, 2015. This video was made after I attended a
presentation by Marco Kozlowski of At Will Events, Turnkey Trainings,
and US Property Sucess. See the article about him in the Province
newspaper (paper edition July 31, 2015, online at http://tinyurl.com/MKintheProvince2 )

(First Published on 11 Apr 2010 - please note that I am no longer in
private legal practice. My old firm - Bell Alliance - is still active
and I can recommend them. www.bellalliance.ca )
This video suggest great caution when enrolling in "Get Rich in Real
Estate" seminars. Promises are often made of secret, inside information
and schemes that are exclusive to the presenter. At a free seminar a
very skilled pitch is made to entice attendance at an expensive program,
that is often only the beginning of the requests for money to be paid
to the organizers. Take great caution when you are enticed by very
skilful emotional presentations. Get advice from professionals and
trusted friends before signing up. If you "Google" the presenter be sure
to go many pages down in the search results as "skilful" search engine
optimization can hide negative comments and reviews..
